Gender mainstreaming – film and gender map

Gender mainstreaming is a strategy to achieve gender equality on all social levels. However, what does gender mainstreaming imply for persons with migrational background? Which gender-specific hurdles and obstacles do male and female migrants encounter? These are questions which the film project Migration and Gender deals with. The “gender map“ is supposed to provide information and further details concerning the topic.
